Shannon embarked on her healthcare journey 16 years ago, starting as a hospice CNA, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals during their most vulnerable moments. Her career path evolved, leading her through various roles including post-acute rehab Charge Nurse and Care Manager, developing a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by her patients, and reinforcing her dedication to providing compassionate care.

Motivated by an inquisitive nature and a commitment to delivering top-notch care, Shannon actively pursues new experiences and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Outside of work, she immerses herself in her hobbies, spending as much time as possible outdoors, finding and collecting rocks and minerals, delving into the world of geology, and volunteering at a local cat rescue. 

Meet Leah, a dynamic nursing professional whose journey began with a BSN from the University of Portland in 2004. From the fast-paced world of critical care to the intricacies of outpatient surgery, and most recently, advancing her career by attending nurse practitioner school, she's navigated diverse healthcare settings before finding her niche in community nursing, where she thrives on making a difference in people's lives. Her aim is to love and value those she encounters, regardless of where they find themselves on life's journey. She embodies compassion and empathy, affirming the inherent worth of every individual she comes into contact with. Outside of work, Leah has a bustling household, happily married to her husband Bobby since 2008, and raising four energetic kids on their small family farm.

Meet Sarah, an RN with her BSN from Concordia University, she has a passion for patient care and advocacy. With a background in correctional healthcare and a specialization in delegation she plays a pivotal role in our team professionally. Sarah's heart for communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals and optimizing client autonomy are what drew her to nurse delegation. Sarah is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice and committed to making a meaningful impact in healthcare. In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys reading, thrifting, a strong cup of coffee, baking and watching Friends reruns.
