There are some exciting things happening around here! At the end of 2021, I got my nursing pool license and can now hire another nurse to work with me! While this is exciting, it's also scary and a more complex process than I thought it would be. I can't just hire and have them happily start working. I have to first understand the rules surrounding the operation of a nursing pool, the legal ramifications and requirements, the financial hoops, etc, etc, etc...it's exhausting! But, it will be worth it!
Have I hired another nurse yet? NO!! Not even close. But, I think just writing this will help me to take the next step. I have been working through the tasks needed to get there, but it is slow...mostly because I am working...A LOT!! Plus, we went on vacation (yes, Disneyland was fun!) and yes, my family got COVID. Then I got in a fender bender, and the list of daily distractions goes on. I know you get it.
Fun times! Anyways, this is my first blog post. I've always sort of dreamed of blogging and here it is my first blog post. I don't know how often I'll get to it, but may I will end up doing if frequently. I don't know and I'm not going to commit. But, I do believe in the power of writing. Powerful stuff.
